Kinetic plc are a Corporate Member of the REC and fully promote its code of practice to both Clients, Candidates and to our Employees. We liaise regularly with the REC and attend a number of events throughout the year. All Kinetic Consultants undertake the REC Foundation Course in Recruitment Practice within their first year of employment.

Kinetic plc currently hold BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Kinetic plc have being working to a recognised Quality Standard since 1992: - Originally achieved BS 5750 in 1992, achieved BS EN ISO 9002 in 1995 and achieved current standard in February 2003.
