It is our policy to develop and deliver best possible services and solutions to meet the requirements and needs of our clients and stakeholders.
We have established well documented methodologies covering the full recruitment process from both the candidate and customer perspectives. Running in parallel to recognised Industry training courses, these procedures provide a framework of quality systems, which, in turn allow clients to receive a constantly high level of service. Kinetic plc recruitment procedures and methodologies are held centrally online, which has the benefit of allowing staff easy access at all times, whether they are on a customer site, working from home or in the office.
We can align salary rates against an agreed rate card (which identifies rate bands for specific job roles). The rate bands are based on market conditions at the time of agreement and take into account factors such as:
We recognised at an early stage that clients experience a series of peaks and troughs with regard to their resourcing requirements. Accordingly, we have structured our organisation to cope with the different resourcing cycles of our clients.
Our approach would be to work closely with you to plan your future resource requirements. We then specifically target individuals against the resource plan to build a resource pool ready for deployment, once the requirement is confirmed.
The process, which we propose and generally adopt, is:
Conduct regular resource planning with client managers
Search Kinetic Plc recruitment database and profile candidates for the Client’s Resource Pool
Select suitable job boards to resource capable candidates
Provide our clients with a total capability analysis in response to the resource plan
Commence the specific resourcing process with the client’s managers, drawing from the resource pool
The above process has been successfully demonstrated for our key clients.
Kinetics’ policy is to, where possible use workers that are from the local community to populate the clients’ flexible resource pool. On occasion, due to scarcity of skill or candidates there may be a need to use additional resource. However we would turn over every local stone before looking further a field. Kinetic will look at local recruiting initiatives and involvement with local groups such as housing associations, job centres, rehabilitation organisations and community based projects. Kinetic would run spot, ad-hoc recruitment drives and this is supported by ongoing advertising in local press.
All this involves getting under the skin of the local community over a sustained period at the beginning of the contract. This involves the likes of:
An employment stand set up at the checkouts of local supermarkets
Leaflet drops – residential, at the school gates, car parks
