The Kinetic Recruitment Account Management Methodology incorporates the process of understanding the client’s culture, technology, projects, business drivers and individual needs. This understanding, together with the establishment of long term relationships with client management, enables Kinetic to be a creditable provider of quality people resources. The Client Teams are assigned and managed on a regional basis from a national network of offices. The Account Management Team assigned to any account can be centrally managed and coordinated from any one of the regional offices. Typically, an Account Management Team structure will be as follows; Account Director (escalation point), Account Manager (Day to day tactical delivery responsibility) & Recruitment Operations (Delivery of resources against Service Level Agreement).


Review Meetings

Regular review meetings are critical to developing a successful business relationship. Kinetic would like to suggest three levels of operational review; Quarterly Business Review (Tactical Delivery Performance & Changes), Six Monthly Executive Review (Performance against SLA / Key Performance Indicators) and Annual Performance review (Strategic overview).


Quality & Satisfaction Surveys

Kinetic can utilise methods to promote continuous process improvement. The crux of this is to bring full satisfaction to clients and ensure worker quality. In relation to the monitoring and management of temporary workers, Kinetic takes client satisfaction seriously. A number of pro-active procedures are in place that allows Kinetic to identify potential problem areas or weaknesses and take corrective measures prior to them becoming a full blown problem. Kinetic are committed to quality and that is why regular satisfaction surveys and quality questionnaires are conducted with both clients and candidates.
