All of the flexible labour that Kinetic will supply to the client will go through a rigorous quality process prior to submission to its database.
By taking all candidates through this process Kinetic’s clients have the knowledge that we get it right first time, avoiding wasted time in back filling ‘no shows’ or replacing unsuitable or ineligible workers.

In order to ensure that the staffing need of the client is achieved, a number of different methods are utilised in order to attract suitable candidates: Advertising, Effective Networking, Established Database, Internet and specialist job boards.
